All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
A verification call or message may be made before dispatch.
Qeyan reserves the right to cancel or hold any order if necessary.
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Product prices may increase or decrease at any time without prior notice due to market conditions or other factors.
Once an order is confirmed, the confirmed price will apply to that order.
We primarily operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.
Customers may also choose to pay in advance via bKash or Nagad.
If a customer’s information is associated with previous fraud or parcel rejection, Qeyan may request an advance delivery charge before dispatch.
Failure to pay the advance charge or unsuccessful communication may result in the order being held or canceled.
This policy is implemented to protect genuine customers and ensure business security.
If we are unable to contact the customer for confirmation, the order may be placed on hold.
Continued failure of communication may result in cancellation.
If a customer refuses to receive a parcel without valid reason, the delivery charge must be borne by the customer.
Repeated refusal may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
Serious or repeated misconduct may lead to internal reporting for fraud prevention purposes.
Qeyan shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
All returns and exchanges are subject to Qeyan’s official Return & Exchange Policy.
Customers are advised to review the full policy before placing an order.

সকল অর্ডার পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা ও নিশ্চিতকরণের উপর নির্ভরশীল।
ডিসপ্যাচের পূর্বে ভেরিফিকেশন কল বা মেসেজ করা হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনবোধে Qeyan যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল বা হোল্ড রাখার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT) নির্ধারিত।
বাজার পরিস্থিতি, সরবরাহ ব্যয় বা অন্যান্য কারণে পণ্যের মূল্য যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই বৃদ্ধি বা হ্রাস পেতে পারে।
অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর সেই অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে নিশ্চিতকৃত মূল্য প্রযোজ্য হবে।
আমরা প্রধানত ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) ভিত্তিতে পরিচালিত।
গ্রাহক চাইলে বিকাশ বা নগদের মাধ্যমে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট করতে পারেন।
যদি কোনো গ্রাহকের তথ্য পূর্বে প্রতারণা, পার্সেল রিজেক্ট বা অসদাচরণের সাথে সংশ্লিষ্ট থাকে, তাহলে ডিসপ্যাচের আগে অগ্রিম ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
নির্ধারিত সময়ে অগ্রিম চার্জ প্রদান না করলে বা যোগাযোগ সম্ভব না হলে অর্ডার হোল্ড বা বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
এই নীতি প্রকৃত গ্রাহকদের স্বার্থ রক্ষা ও ব্যবসায়িক নিরাপত্তার জন্য প্রণীত।
ডিসপ্যাচের পূর্বে গ্রাহকের সাথে যোগাযোগ সম্ভব না হলে অর্ডার সাময়িকভাবে হোল্ড রাখা হবে।
পুনরায় যোগাযোগ সম্ভব না হলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
বৈধ কারণ ব্যতীত পণ্য গ্রহণ না করলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
বারবার পণ্য গ্রহণে অস্বীকৃতি জানালে ভবিষ্যতে COD সুবিধা সীমিত করা হতে পারে।
গুরুতর বা পুনরাবৃত্ত অনিয়মের ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহকের তথ্য অভ্যন্তরীণভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা হতে পারে।
কুরিয়ার বিলম্ব, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, সরকারি বিধিনিষেধ বা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে কোনো কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্বিত হলে Qeyan দায়ী থাকবে না।
রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ সংক্রান্ত সকল কার্যক্রম Qeyan-এর নির্ধারিত অফিসিয়াল নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
অর্ডার করার পূর্বে সম্পূর্ণ রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতিমালা পর্যালোচনা করার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করার মাধ্যমে গ্রাহক উক্ত নীতিমালার প্রতি সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন বলে গণ্য হবে।
Qeyan-এর ওয়েবসাইট ও অফিসিয়াল প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রকাশিত সকল কনটেন্ট (লেখা, ছবি, ডিজাইন, লোগো, গ্রাফিক্স ইত্যাদি) Qeyan-এর নিজস্ব সম্পত্তি।
লিখিত অনুমতি ব্যতীত এসব কনটেন্ট আংশিক বা সম্পূর্ণ কপি, পুনঃপ্রকাশ বা বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহার সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
আমরা আমাদের সৃজনশীল কাজকে একটি আমানাত হিসেবে বিবেচনা করি; অনুমতি ব্যতীত ব্যবহার করলে প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের অধিকার সংরক্ষিত।
আলোকসজ্জা, ফটোগ্রাফি বা স্ক্রিন রেজোলিউশনের পার্থক্যের কারণে পণ্যের আসল রঙ সামান্য ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
ম্যানুয়াল মাপজোকের কারণে ১–২ সেন্টিমিটার পর্যন্ত পরিমাপে সামান্য তারতম্য হতে পারে।
ব্যাচ প্রোডাকশনের ভিন্নতার কারণে পণ্যের বাহ্যিক রূপে সামান্য পরিবর্তন থাকতে পারে।
আমরা পণ্যের সঠিক উপস্থাপনা নিশ্চিত করার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি; তবে এ ধরনের সামান্য পার্থক্য ত্রুটি হিসেবে গণ্য হবে না।
অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করার মাধ্যমে গ্রাহক এসব সম্ভাব্য পার্থক্য সম্পর্কে অবগত ও সম্মত বলে গণ্য হবেন।
Qeyan যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী হালনাগাদ বা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
পরিবর্তিত নীতিমালা প্রকাশের পর সেবা ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে তা সংশোধিত শর্তাবলীর প্রতি সম্মতি হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।
